Salary: Full time starting salary is normally in the range of £23,314 to £25,776 per annum, with potential progression up to £29,370 per annum

Role Description

About the Role

You will be responsible for the delivery of allocated academic administration and student support relating to taught and/or research students and for ensuring high levels of customer support and student satisfaction. You will provide support to the SAS Manager and SAS Leads in the delivery and organisation of courses and their course elements.

You will play an important role in providing guidance to staff and students relating to the courses and programmes within the School, provide support for key University events in the student academic cycle and also those relating to student and course related events. The role will also include preparing and sending key communications to students, including virtual learning environments, lecture handouts and other course materials.

About You

You will be IT literate, with experience of using Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook. You will be adaptable and able to work on your own initiative, with excellent interpersonal skills and a strong work ethic. You will be well-organised, customer-focused and have excellent communication skills, attention to detail and the ability to work well under pressure.
